Even the Emperor Saves Up Private Money

Though he was the ruler of a nation, Zhou Minning was deeply frustrated... Weren't emperors supposed to live in luxury and have beauties surrounding them? He could put up with having no beauties by his side, but why was he, the emperor, so poor he could only eat dirt? At long last, a rich patron was willing to let him cling to his coattails, but those coattails were too big to hold on to. What was he supposed to do? "Your Majesty, just be a good boy and do as I say, and I'll give you some pocket money." "I'll do whatever you say! Do you want to be chancellor or a general...?" Before Zhou Minning could finish, his patron cut him off. "Since Your Majesty has agreed, then this humble subject won't hold back!" "Wait a minute! This isn't how I thought it would go!" Ever since he got himself a wealthy patron, Zhou Minning had truly begun living the life of a foolish ruler. The spring nights were short, and the sun rose high before he awoke. From then on, the emperor stopped attending court! But spending too long being kept warm in bed comes with risks. He accidentally got pregnant, and now his life was in danger. What was he supposed to do? Run away! "You've gotten pretty bold, haven't you? Learned how to run away, have you?" The gloomy regent held Zhou Minning up by his slender neck. With tears in his eyes, Zhou Minning pointed at his belly with a tiny finger. "It wasn't me! I didn't! I wouldn't dare! He wanted to..." A cute, stingy, money-grubbing emperor bottom x a rich and powerful, scheming regent top P.S. The historical setting and related details in this story are entirely fictional. Please don't nitpick! This is a mindless story. I just wanted to spread some sweetness. It's a little silly, and the author let loose with this one~ Theme:
