A period-drama anthology.
Every girl whose life has turned gray gets a chance at a second life through the stories her grandmother told her at her bedside as a child.
It's a little like Cinderella, except their stories begin at midnight, after the new day has started.
The first story is currently updating: A story told by a grandmother born in the 1960s.
The best thing about an anthology is that it can include lots of elements and all kinds of ideas. It's made up of many different people and stories, so it sounds interesting and appealing, right? There's the fun of picking and choosing from a range of combinations, and it even feels like getting several stories in one book. What a bargain!
Updates daily, usually at noon or 6 p.m.
If you're interested in food, you can check out my other completed novel, Food and Fortune. I'll be waiting for you!
P.S. Some of the details in this story about life in that era come from my grandmother's memories. I personally prefer a realistic style, but since this is a novel and that era was a long time ago, I'll just do my best to make it feel as true to life as possible. Thank you to everyone who stops by to take a look. Love you all!
Theme: Strive for a better life
At present, the information is fully prepared and updates have been resumed. Most updates are at 18:00 pm and 21:00 pm. Choose one depending on the situation on that day.
Because Chapter 8 was messed up, Chapter 9 could not be corrected by the online reviewer, so I uploaded the real Chapter 8 to Chapter 9. I am currently revising the article, so I have had frequent update reminders since yesterday. I am really sorry to everyone.
Ah, well, punctuation also needs to be written neatly inside double quotation marks. For example: "Good morning" is incomplete, write "Good morning." Or "Good morning!"
The story structure is out, and the pace is much faster than before. It's just that the writing style is really not as comfortable as before. Moreover, there are too few paragraphs, and long descriptions and psychological descriptions are mixed together, making it difficult to distinguish clearly...
(`?ω??) Oh, I thought it was a boy at first
Wow, there is actually no need to explain too much background in this chapter.
Wow, so the inspection was so strict before? It's scary.
After reading the first chapter, you can get used to the writing style. It is very comfortable. The bench is ready and waiting for updates.
Wow, that's interesting. The writing style fits the background of the story very well.
Be nice to her, I look forward to the follow-up development
