In fact, this story was inspired by half a line of poetry I happened to read: "There is still tenderness in the unfolding and folding." It sounded so lovely that I looked it up later and discovered it was by my goddess, Li Qingzhao.
I was also having a great time reading books about psychology back then, so I wrote this story.
My knowledge of psychology is entirely self-taught. If anything doesn't make sense, it's because Xiao Feng's imagination ran wild. The cases aren't meant to be mind-bending, and some parts may have been inspired by Detective Conan.
