Fumetsu Shinobu's Dark Honmaru

Loneliness is eternal. As expected, sleeping is the best choice.

And then...

What the heck is this place I somehow ended up in?

What is a Saniwa? Can you eat it?

And what is a corrupted Honmaru?

Why do the sword spirits here keep wanting me dead? Are they asking for a beating?

"I am the immortal Shinrin, King of the Divine Spirits."

"My lord! You can't just tell people your name! You'll be spirited away!"

"Ridiculous. I am a god. They can't spirit me away."

"Hahaha, Princess, why have you changed clothes? Did what we said yesterday get to you?" Mikazuki grinned, looking thoroughly beatable.

"...Hmph. I just thought the clothes needed washing! And don't laugh like that. It's disgusting!"

"Hahahaha, as you wish, Princess." Mikazuki kept laughing.

What an annoying guy! Shinrin swiped a paw at him.

Mikazuki Munechika: Gravely wounded

He was still laughing as they carried him away.

"Don't stop me! I'm going to break his sword!"

"Master~ Pay attention to me~" Kiyomitsu looked as though he was begging for affection and comfort, shamelessly so.

Shinrin was most afraid of people who wouldn't take no for an answer. Helpless, she could only reach out and pat his head. "That's as far as I'm willing to go!"

"Mua~ Master's the best~" Kiyomitsu took Shinrin's hand and kissed it.

Shinrin retaliated with a blast of energy.

It's basically a corruption trope, though it doesn't really feel like corruption _(:з"∠)_
