When Steve was still a small young man studying at art school, he noticed a girl with brown hair and dark eyes. She was quiet and withdrawn, always alone.
Her paintings, however, had a distinctive style, bold colors, and delicate brushwork. Their themes were just a little too bleak and pessimistic.
With war approaching, Steve chose to drop out and sign up for the “Super Soldier Program.” On the day he left school, he unexpectedly received a painting from her.
Unlike her usual work, it was full of life and hope: a portrait of him and Bucky standing in front of the recruitment line.
He probably wouldn't see her again, he thought.
Until one day, during a raid on a Hydra base
He saw the girl bound to a Hydra experimental device, with electrode chips attached to her head and abnormal waveforms flashing across the monitoring screen.
It turned out her life was not as peaceful and uneventful as he had imagined.
Before plunging into the Arctic Ocean with the Tesseract, he prayed that at least the rest of her life would be happy and free from trouble.
Seventy years later, the world had changed beyond recognition.
Steve had lost all contact with Eleanor. During an operation, he unexpectedly found a young woman with black hair who was also mute and could absorb energy fluctuations.
But how could that be?
If nothing had gone wrong, she should have been enjoying her retirement, not covered in bruises and being monitored by S.H.I.E.L.D. as a potential threat.
Yet, without realizing it, after fighting side by side time and again, his long-frozen heart began to beat back to life.
Eleanor was human, but Stella was not.
Golden particles had wandered through the world for a long time, observing humanity and unconsciously imitating it. Then they suddenly thought they might once have been human, so they gave themselves a human name: Stella, beginning with a letter that felt strangely familiar.
The Mind Stone insisted, without the slightest hesitation, that this was impossible;
The Reality Stone had also coveted them for ages and seized any chance to cling to them;
The Space Stone's energy fluctuations were astonishingly similar to theirs. It resonated with them from time to time, trying to awaken their memories.
The various forces relentlessly pursued them with covert operations, tracking, and double agents, all trying to recruit them into their own camps and pursue their far-reaching ambitions to rule the world.
Stella remained silent.
Amid the universe's ceaseless background noise, the particles had found that familiar, steady frequency. For the rest of their lives, they wanted only to stand beside him as a human.
An art student heroine, paired with Captain America.
The heroine has superpowers (crossed out: she is a nonhuman energy being). Her golden finger is extremely powerful, but she doesn't start out strong enough to instantly dominate everything.
The World War II and Battle of New York arcs are complete.
To come:
Osborn arc: mystery of the original body's clone, ongoing

Written purely for love, updated whenever inspiration strikes.
Next upcoming novel: The Disdained Life of Joe Jack
An original Joker x Batman story about a deeply gloomy, Kafkaesque Joker.
The blurb is on my profile. Please, please add it to your reading list QAQ
Theme: Only unwavering faith can win the heart of the strong
The author will come back and update!
Are you a biological mother? I am so ruthless to the heroine. If I could travel to the past, I would have to let Zola experience all the tortures in human history. Poor little Eleanor, I feel so sad when I see her.
Hydra was born, Zora died for me, and the snake cubs made soup.
Dear author, please come back and follow me soon! Please, don't suck.
