During an ordinary English class, a demon in a black suit appeared beside Xu Jingluo, a second-year high school student who had just been harshly criticized for her atrocious spoken English.
The demon said his name was Lowell. He came from Chicago in 1871 and had gotten lost here because Hell had been destroyed. Since Xu Jingluo was the only one who could see him, he had no choice but to stay by her side, hoping she could save him and help him find a way to restore Hell.
Xu Jingluo stared at him expressionlessly.
He spread his hands and winked at her with a smile. "Don't worry, I won't kill you."
Xu Jingluo: "No, that's not the issue. I know demons are all liars.
But could you speak English with me?"
When Lowell first heard about "Orders," he wasn't interested at all.
"Make me stronger?" Leaning against Hell's cold pillars, he sneered at his visitor. "I'm invincible for now, so I have no need for that."
But it wasn't until he held his "Order" in his arms that he finally understood.
His "Order" could do a lot more than just make him stronger.
