[Blurb One]
Back then, he watched her indifferent expression and was so anxious he nearly stamped his feet. “Why don't you get a boyfriend?”
She only gave him a glance, then turned back to painting her nails and casually replied, “My dad is too strict.”
Maybe because he was good-looking, she added offhandedly, “What about you? Why are you still single?”
As if he'd been waiting ages for her to ask, he finally got to blurt out, “Because your dad is too strict!”
Then the kid was grabbed by the collar by his even stricter father and thrown straight into the mud at military academy.

[Blurb Two]
At last, after completing his mission, he returned to the makeshift base. All his fellow soldiers were so exhausted they fell asleep as soon as their heads touched their pillows. He alone forced himself to stay awake, pulled out his phone, and called her.
He hadn't been in touch with her for so long. Had she started curling up in the corner to sleep again? At the thought, his wounds hurt even more.
The moment the ringing stopped, his faint voice drowned out all the exhaustion and pain in his body. “Reporting in,” he said.
Before he could hear her cry, he curved his lips into a smile. “I miss you.”
