In La Corda d'Oro, the CP pairings are Kaji Aoi, Kira Akihiko and Kanazawa Hiroto, and Ousaki Nobutake.
In Brothers Conflict, the CP pairings are Masaomi, Ukyo, Azusa, and Natsume.
Most of the rest is friendship-oriented. Why “most”? Umm, is the author just awful?
It isn't a 1v1 romance along the way, and I have no idea how it ends. The awful author might choose nobody, might pair her up with someone, or might go completely off the rails with a 3X route for Azusa and Natsume, a 3X route for Kanazawa and Kira... Every combination under the sun. It all depends on whether the author has any conscience left. (Or maybe the awful author will have the heroine stay single while the other seven remain faithful to her for life, stringing them along and ruining their chances with anyone else? And there are no steamy scenes.)
Minors should probably avoid this. It could corrupt your thoughts and lead you astray.
