Synopsis:
On a peaceful afternoon, Officer Wei from the local police station was sipping tea and listening to music, living his retirement several decades ahead of schedule. But the organization told him he had a major mission: take in a dragon.
That sounded great to him, so he happily signed the adoption papers. Little did he know he was a dragon rider by fate, and that the dragon's name was "Pray to the Heavenly Dao, mortal! In Zhu Rong's name, I grant you an eternal dawn! Call me Yun Jing."
Officer Wei looked up at him, hands tucked into his sleeves, and asked, "Are you going to set yourself on fire?"
The team leader poked his head out of the back room and said seriously, "We're a serious and wholesome team. Eating your teammates or setting houses on fire will cost you a 200-yuan fine. Stealing my snacks will cost you 1,000."
Already airborne, Mr. Dragon declared, "In Zhu Rong's name..."
The team leader had by then brought out a donation box. His gaze shifted between the two of them as he asked, "Who's paying?"
Zhu Rong was extinguished.
From then on, Officer Wei's life became a chaotic, chuunibyou mess. His dragon thinks everyone is out to get him and that the world is about to end. Peace gradually faded from Officer Wei's life. There must be something wrong with his dragon.
He's not the type to turn chuunibyou just because someone says a couple of things to him!
Oh, he is.
Otherwise, why would he have been demoted to a police station to run errands?
A chuunibyou who gets grumpy when people flick his forehead, a playful top with a long standby time x a big shot hiding in plain sight, a bottom who just wants an ordinary life and some fried chicken on the side
