She Really Doesn't Want to Inherit the Family Business

Blurb:

On Shen Songsong's eighteenth birthday, her beloved parents gave her a lavish gift: they handed over the Shen family's thousand-year-old business, the position of Director of the Underworld's Human Realm Office.

But...

She was fucking terrified of ghosts!

In desperation, Shen Songsong turned to a friend for help. "What should a fraud like me do if I'm scared of ghosts?"

Her friend shot back, "If you're scared of ghosts, why become a fraud? Are you nuts?"

Shen Songsong's eyes lit up. The very next day, she made an appointment at a psychiatric hospital, then posted on her social media: I might be mentally ill.

The post came with a photo of her standing outside the psychiatric ward, eyes red and glistening with tears, looking utterly pitiful.

Yan Chu saw the post and frowned. He decided to visit the human world in person. A mentally ill person was not qualified to work for his Underworld.

But later...

Yan Chu: If my wife doesn't want to do the job, I'll do it. The family business has to be passed down.
