What would happen to the Naruto storyline if the "Village Hidden in the Blood Mist" and the sunlit Konoha switched destinies?

Warning:

1. The original plot has been heavily altered, and everyone is out of character.

2. This has nothing to do with that Six Paths old geezer's family. The founding generation is thoroughly dead.

3. All broken overpowered techniques, including Susanoo and the Six Paths of Pain, have been cut. We're returning to the Part I style of ninja combat, based on probing and deception.

4. The Akatsuki may not appear.
