Dear Student,

We solemnly promise that whether you are a superpowered person, a yokai, or some other strange being, as long as you abide by Konoha Academy's rules, you are welcome to join us at any time. In addition, the school will assume full responsibility for any serious harm you suffer on campus.

If you are an ordinary person, we will guarantee your safety.

If you are a superpowered person or a special kind of human, we will cover compensation for emotional distress and disability.

However, you must abide by the following important rules:

1. Do not use special abilities to hurt anyone.

2. Students must not tell people outside the school about any strange phenomena they witness on campus.

3. If gods start fighting, keep your distance and report it.

4. Read more books and newspapers, and spend less time looking at handsome Uchiha.
