The Red-Haired Gentleman in Three Parts

Ou Lanruo is accused of two-timing three men and playing at having stand-ins. She cries that she's innocent. The ships split across different timelines on their own!

The first ship is with the red-haired godfather who teaches her martial arts. His classic advice is for her to find a pretty boy to date, not some older man with three scars on his face.

He says, "Time doesn't always move forward in a straight line. Sometimes it moves forward in a spiral!"

The second ship is with the adorable, puppy-like little redhead she met when he was eight. He said he wanted her to be his bride. She clearly turned him down, but when they met again later, he invited her aboard to go on an adventure together.

He says, "That's the rule. I drank your sake, so tonight I'm yours."

The third ship is with the Four Emperors' red-haired pirate. He holds Ou Lanruo and says she is his deceased lover. He says they loved each other, and that they had planned to marry and spend their lives together, but she died before they could.

He says, "Actually, you were the one who pursued me. You fell in love with me at first sight and wouldn't leave me alone. I was moved by your devotion and felt I couldn't let you down. But just as I decided to be with you, you left me and died."

Only later do they learn that a temporal rift caused this. They are three people from different timelines, and all exist at once. Each one thinks he's the other's stand-in.

The Four Emperors' redhead: "You're just treating me as a substitute for that other guy, aren't you?"

The young redhead: "You actually like the godfather, don't you? If I looked like him, would you take a look at me?"

The godfather redhead: "I'm only your teacher. The person who went through all those things with you wasn't me."

Ou Lanruo: "I have three equal shares of red hair. Why can't I have three equal shares of love?"
