This is simply a sweet love story between a delinquent boy and a kindhearted girl.

Xie Hualian: Despite a tragic childhood marked by domestic abuse, losing her mother, and killing her father, she remains a cheerful, well-behaved good kid. She's a neat freak, loves meddling in other people's business, and enjoys doing good deeds anonymously. Her life goal is to be a conscientious neighborhood busybody, but somehow she ends up captured by a certain delinquent boy and strays further and further down the path of delinquency...

Warnings:

1. The female lead disguises herself as a boy and grows over the course of the story. At first, she's a timid, useless punching bag who can't take a hit. Later, she becomes a tanky battle mage who can both take and deal damage. She's a poor little thing with a tragic past.

2. This is primarily a romance, with little action. It's a slow burn.

3. The male lead is Serizawa. There is no second male lead, and everyone else plays matchmaker.

4. It's a sweet story with no angst. Nobody has the heart to hurt anyone.

5. It follows the movie storyline, with the manga serving as reference only. The plot won't be changed, but extra material will be added. The author talks too much, and the plot develops very slowly.

6. There will be some OOC moments, so be warned.

7. There are some clichéd tropes, all for the sake of love.

8. There are lots of jokes and commentary throughout, and the female lead and all the major characters have plenty of inner monologue.
