She transformed into her true form and cultivated for forty-nine days. On the forty-ninth day, the very day Shu Ye was to be executed, Qiuniu swept across the sky, bringing a brief shower. A single sparkling tear happened to fall into the heart of the jade lotus. In an instant, the jade lotus transformed into a golden lotus, whose golden light pierced the clouds and reached the Hall of the Heavens. Seeing this strange sight, Kun Shen, who governed all things in the mortal realm, summoned Si Ming Xing Jun and said, "The jade lotus has suddenly turned into a golden lotus. There must be a reason. She should descend to the mortal realm and undergo trials before cultivating her true form anew."
