Bright Light

A short story I wrote as a classical Chinese reading exercise in high school. The pairing is Zhu Di and Hu Guang. I haven't checked any historical sources, so this is purely a flight of fancy. Please don't take it too seriously. The idea came from the "Biography of Hu Guang" in the History of Ming, which I've included at the beginning of the main text. Feel free to read it at your leisure if you're interested, or skip it if you're not. That's all.
