Bewitching Ghost

[Only in your soul do I know who I am: perhaps Zhang Ailing]

They say a breathtakingly beautiful woman who loves wearing qipao lives at No. 35 Jingnan Road.

She likes curling up in a rocking chair to tell stories and listen to them.

Her cat curls up by her feet.

It is a sleek, jet-black cat,

with a pair of yellow-green eyes that can make anyone shudder with a single glance.

Many come seeking her out,

but only those who bring a story get to meet her.

And she gives each story a single line in return.

Some of her words come true, and some people's fondest dreams come true as well.

Some have also asked about her origins.

"Who are you, really?"

"A bewitching ghost who appears only in your dreams."

--I've met countless faithless men, but none who seemed as faithless as you while loving so deeply.

Reader's guide:

1. This is NOT a horror novel!!!!!

2. The setting isn't entirely the Republican era.
