Nalan Che woke up inside the body of a little monster.
"Ding: New low-level magical creature detected... coal? Ball? ...Hop-hop... demon? Main quest triggered: Scare the daylights out of them! Tell me, aren't you scared of me? Rawr~!"
Nalan Che habitually tapped Accept and saw the main quest: As a monster, failing to scare a human unconscious is a disgrace to the monster world. Since this newborn little monster has yet to develop intelligence, successfully scaring a human unconscious for the first time will earn you a self-enhancement card. Once unlocked, you can use one creature form for free forever. Please choose: A. Original form B. First evolution of original form C. Second evolution of original form D. Form of the hunted
Nalan Che strained to look over his round body. Original form? This tiny black lump, black as soot? ...Who are you supposed to scare? Yourself?
Nalan Che stroked his chin and thought: The original form is no good, and even evolving from this sorry state won't turn me into some almighty demon king. I'll pick D.
The moment he made his choice, he transformed into a naked human with long arms and legs.
Nalan Che: !
The amnesiac Nalan Che wiped away his drool and sniffed himself. Smells delicious. I want to eat it.
Premise: Explore a strange and bizarre world.
