Overnight Tea

Everyone has a cup of overnight tea in their heart. It may not be sweet to drink, but it does wonders for inflammation and inner heat. For Hua Xi, that overnight tea was her own brother-in-law, Shao Zhen, a man with a sly smile whom her sister Hua Mo had won over by every means at her disposal.

Overnight tea is a shame to pour away, but leave it be and it will only stain the sides of the cup, leaving marks that are hard to wash off.

Who is your overnight tea, and whose overnight tea are you?

On a lonely winter's day, longing over a cup of overnight tea.
