Shali comes back to life on a deserted island in the sea, with a time-travel machine by her side.
The machine is beyond her wildest expectations. Alongside its time-and-space navigation function, it comes equipped with all kinds of advanced technology, including a rechargeable electromagnetic cannon, a subspace storage room, and a personal medical pod. Its built-in database has even been updated through the year 6233...
Shali: This is it, I'm rich! Help me build the Shali business empire, marry a rich, handsome man, and reach the pinnacle of life!
Time Machine: Not happening. This is the year 30,102 BCE.
Shali: I... Aren't you a time machine? Take me to the twenty-first century first.
Time Machine: Each year of travel costs 1 J (J is an energy unit invented for this story). Firing the weapons system costs 100 J per shot. Storage costs 10 J to use, 100 J for a monthly subscription, or 100 J for an annual subscription. Medical pod fees vary according to the severity of the illness. This machine's prices are clearly marked, and it never cheats anyone.
Shali: ...
Time Machine: Energy balance is zero. Please recharge.
This is the story of a woman making a living and building up capital throughout the eras of human history, gathering energy for her bottomless time machine so she can travel through time.
Before she knows it, she becomes a goddess in the history books.
Including, but not limited to: prehistoric tribal civilizations, the city-states of ancient Greece, the European Middle Ages, the prosperous Tang dynasty, the American Gold Rush, the Industrial Revolution, Republican-era China, and the near future after a nuclear winter... The destination is the interstellar age of 6233 CE.
This is a strong female lead story, an upgrade-focused power fantasy, and a one-on-one romance. It features a nontraditional System and nontraditional quick transmigration, with a lighthearted tone and a serious plot.
The author is not particularly knowledgeable and enjoys confidently making things up, so please treat this as an alternate universe and don't draw too many parallels with reality. Thank you very much.
