After I Scorned the World-Destroying Demon Lord's Consciousness, He Came Knocking

After Ye Man drops dead from overwork, she is transported into an unfinished tragic romance where the Demon Venerable destroys the world and everyone gets wiped out. System: The market for tragic romances is struggling. Your mission is to turn this story into either a sugary-sweet romance or an utterly satisfying power fantasy. Ye Man: Be more specific. System: You can fall in love with the villain, win him over, or find a way to kill him. Ye Man thinks she can do both. She'll romance him to win his heart, while looking for a chance to take him out. What she never expected was that one day, he would take her hand and use it to cut out his own heart. "If you want it, I'll give it to you." * Before falling into a deep slumber, the Demon Venerable decides that once his soul returns, he'll destroy the world along with himself. But after his soul returns, he finds himself burdened with a memory that makes his teeth grind. He actually loved someone so much that he was willing to give his life for her. That couldn't possibly have been him. That woman deserves to die. He'll make her suffer the pain of loving someone she can never have. But in the end, he is the one consumed by love. As they lie entwined night after night, he can't help asking, "Do you love him more, or me?" Ye Man: You're the same person, for crying out loud! P.S. The romance and plot are about evenly balanced, and the female and male leads interact a lot. Updates regularly before the contract signing. Theme: Only by growing stronger can you change everything.
