I Started a TV Station

Mr. X, who had always thought he was an ordinary person, received a gift. It was a lottery device. You could draw people who knew how to write scripts, people who could handle post-production, people who could work as reporters... Every one of them was a big shot, and every one of them was incredibly capable. Mr. X: Wait, why are all the prizes people? Prize No. 1 (laughing): They're for helping you start a TV station. Just an idea, not fleshed out yet. I'll leave it here for now.
