Ten thousand years ago, Bai Rong cultivated successfully and became the mountain god of a region.
Later, two people fought on that mountain. The mountain collapsed. It was called Mount Buzhou.
When the mountain crumbled, Bai Rong, its mountain god, lost much of her cultivation and fell into a deep slumber for four thousand years.
By the time she awoke, the surrounding land had become a vast ocean.
Keeping up with the times, Bai Rong became a water god, until a little girl accidentally drowned. Her name was Jingwei.
After the ocean was filled in, Bai Rong, now a water god, fell asleep again for four thousand years.
Four thousand years later, the world had changed beyond recognition. When Bai Rong woke up, she found that her territory had become a town called Anyuan.
The newly appointed local earth god declared that today was another day to work hard.
Protect the region and its people, pray for blessings and drive away evil. No calamities, no falling asleep.
This story has no CP and no romance, just a little friendship.
I recommend my friend Cang Ting's novel, The Cultivation World Knows the Antagonist's Love Story.
Theme: Keep up with the times and stay grounded.
