You Are Like the Morning Sun

[Complete]

Huo Chaoyang is the pride of the capital, a wild and unruly young lord, a notorious troublemaker feared by everyone at school.

Yet somehow this favored son of heaven gets reported for fighting by a girl. In the dean's office, she says calmly, "I didn't report him."

Huo Chaoyang leans carelessly against the white wall, arrogance in his bones. His gaze sweeps over her cool, lovely face, and he remembers the humiliation of being mercilessly bullied by her years ago.

Huo Chaoyang makes a bold decision: he'll corrupt her by dating her...

That very night, Huo Chaoyang pulls out his treasured manual, How to Make a Woman Lose Herself in Me

At the school anniversary celebration, Lu Qing draws the card for the male partner everyone envies, Huo Chaoyang.

Her best friend offers to trade for a deluxe KFC meal, and Lu Qing agrees without a second thought.

That night, Huo Chaoyang waits for Lu Qing on a shady path. In his usual arrogant manner, he demands, "Am I seriously only worth one KFC meal?"

Lu Qing: "I think you're worth two."

Huo Chaoyang: "..."

That night, Huo Chaoyang pulls out his second manual, Women Are Actually Pretty Simple

Lu Qing always remembers that day in the hallway, when the unruly boy's eyes were full of arrogant laughter. "Who the hell likes Lu Qing? If I like her, I'll be a dog!"

And then...

For a whole year, Huo Chaoyang kept putting his theories into practice: one love letter a day, one confession a month, and one visit to meet the parents a year. Unfortunately, he still hadn't succeeded by graduation.

In the end, he was a dog for the rest of his life.
