A Man Grew on the Wall [Strange Tales from a Chinese Studio]

Matthew, a college student fleeing family troubles, runs off to teach in a remote mountain village and unexpectedly ends up staying in an old ancestral hall that has stood empty for thousands of years.

After that, one bizarre event follows another.

An old blind man watches black-and-white TV every day, glued to trashy romance dramas;

A primary school student with a snot bubble hanging from his nose sneezes, and a wriggling living thing falls out;

A villager gathering firewood has his brain sucked dry by a strange beast, yet still bounces around the village with his load on his shoulders;

But the strangest thing of all is the huge white wall outside Matthew's room. It paints the sky, the earth, and even men!!!

Staring at the wild man who has just leapt down from the wall,

he slaps himself: That's what you get for never cleaning. Look, now there's a man growing on the wall!
