After the System Awoke Inside Me

A collection of short stories set in several different worlds. Title to be decided. System 5237 earned a chance to become human thanks to her hard work and outstanding performance. When she awoke in someone else's body and saw that the original owner's first half of life had been even more miserable than a little cabbage growing in a field, 5237, who had once fought on the front lines against scumbags, rubbed her hands together and gave a kind (and wicked) smile. She went on a triumphant face-slapping and scumbag-trampling spree, thriving in her vacation world. But just as she was ready to leave the world, satisfied at last, the man she'd chosen to experience love with pinned her down through gritted teeth. "Leave this world? Did I say you could?"
