By-the-book, rule-abiding curly-haired top (depression and panic disorder)
Scumbag, indulgent, balding bottom (fear of passive contact)
P.S. The top is allergic to the bottom.
The story takes place in a juvenile detention center in Japan. The early part focuses on episodic stories that also lay the groundwork, while the middle part delves into the main characters' identity mysteries, childhood trauma, and a mysterious organization.
The characters, including the juvenile offenders, are described through psychological disorders such as the Oedipus complex, Stockholm syndrome, and Munchausen syndrome. Even the transmigration of one protagonist's soul receives a scientific explanation midway through the story. Umm... the author is a stickler for logic.
The story involves a lot of juvenile crime, much of it based on real cases from around the world.
