Chen Huiyin is a veteran player of palace-intrigue games, well versed in all the tricks and tactics of the harem. She can handle any palace-intrigue game with ease, like a fish in water, and is something of a celebrity among fellow enthusiasts.
Recently, a new large-scale virtual reality palace-intrigue game, Qing Dynasty in an Alternate World, quietly became a hit. Ordinary players died within three seconds of entering. Even highly intelligent players emerged in a daze, and even her companions, who had been steeped in the cutthroat world of palace intrigue until they were every color of the rainbow, were tormented into questioning their lives.
Chen Huiyin declared, "Haha, what a bunch of weaklings. Looks like it's time for me to step in."
Then, under everyone's watchful eyes, Chen Huiyin entered the game.
