On Goddess Peak stands the Qingxu Temple, where a divine oracle named Shen Jizi resides.
Legend has it that Shen Jizi is a divine being who can see the future, and everything he says eventually comes true.
Eleven-year-old Princess Changning had heard the rumors, but naturally didn't believe them, so she took her maids and attendants up the mountain.
To her surprise, Shen Jizi had a young Taoist hand her a slip of paper. It bore just one sentence:
“Princess Changning is destined to marry a woman who will become her consort.”
Princess Changning: ...Charlatan!!!
Three years later
All Princess Changning could think about every day was:
How to find the woman, whoever she might be, before she became her consort,
then... kill her!!!
