I Woke Up with Eight Tails

Lou Lian used to be human. Now he's an eight-tailed tabby cat who was picked up and adopted by a human.

The person who took him in was the film emperor, Mr. Qin. A senior cat immortal told him that he could keep his eight tails only if he continued to stay in contact with the film emperor. Otherwise, he would die.

To stay alive, Lou Lian stepped up and joined Mr. Qin in acting in a movie.

To keep on living, Lou Lian secretly transformed into a human and took the place of a young star to play a cat demon in the film, proving all the haters wrong along the way.

The haters began to question their lives, while fans screamed: He doesn't stiffen up during his scenes, his acting is natural, and he even acts like a cat. He's literally Qin's cat, in the flesh!

Lou Lian smiled kindly at that. He couldn't very well say he was Mr. Qin's own little cat, and that everything he did was in pursuit of becoming a nine-tailed cat.

Incidentally, Mr. Qin was so wonderful that Lou Lian had loved him wholeheartedly for two lifetimes.

Until one day, Lou Lian realized he might be the film emperor's long-lost first love.

Overcome with excitement, Lou Lian immediately chose an auspicious night and pretended to transform into a human by accident. Unfortunately, he was so nervous that he forgot to hide his ears and tail.

Mr. Qin was cold. "Turn back."

Lou Lian: "?"

Do you really like me? You're just after my fluffy little body. You pervert!

Later, cuddling Qin's round, white belly, the film emperor shed crocodile tears of remorse.

As a special admissions student in the university art troupe and a regular performer in the Top Ten Singers competition, Qi Yu made a name for himself at A University with his looks and his singing.

He can sing high or low, with a fierce edge, and nail vocal fry and vibrato alike. As for his looks, fine, but he was sure nobody could beat him in a solo singing competition.

Until a new student replaced an old one, and a junior followed in his footsteps, becoming famous across half the campus with his stunning looks and incredibly dominant voice.

As though he could smell the presence of a natural predator, his body trembled, but his will to survive made him clutch the newcomer with his wet, webbed fingers.

"The lake... Take me to the lake..."

Qin Zhao smiled.

"No wonder you smell so good. You're not human either. You're a fish."

A fluffy tricolored tail curled around the scaled waist as he pressed his lips to the mermaid's ear.

"Senior, I noticed you ages ago. You don't have to keep provoking me... Just beg, and I'll carry you to the water."

[Reader's Guide]

1. Merfolk have three sexes in this story. The bottom is of the third sex and has a special reproductive cycle during which they lay eggs. This is not a pregnancy story.

2. The top is a calico cat. He can't reproduce, but he is sexually potent.

3. The bottom has an ex, but it was just for fun. They never even held hands, and the bottom was the top in that relationship.

5. Utterly ridiculous and mindless. The logic has been fed to the cat.
