Also known as "The Supporting Character Strikes Back" and "The Middle-Aged Manga Artist and the Frail Young Lady"
◇ Blurb:
Manga artist He Ling spent ten years raising his apprentice, only to be betrayed one day. He put down his pen for good and became a bookstore owner.
Then, while browsing through a comic by chance, He Ling discovered that the little bastard apprentice had not only stolen but also rewritten one of his most fully developed characters.
Though she was a supporting character, she was pure, beautiful, pitiful, and lovable, a cherished dream he'd returned to again and again.
But that wasn't the most astonishing part. He Ling never imagined that the manga character he'd spent years drawing would actually transmigrate across the dimensional barrier. And their first meeting took place in his closet...
The author, who's into older men, says the leads have an age gap. There will be melodrama. This is not a male-oriented romance, and the love story will be sweet.
Couple: a manga-artist uncle who knows a bit of Taoist magic (He Ling) and a genuinely two-dimensional, frail young lady (Shen Xuecai)
