The Prince and His Shadow Guard

In his previous life, the gong cultivated the Dao through martial arts and stood at the pinnacle of the world. He spent his whole life seeking a worthy opponent, but never found one, and died alone. As he lay dying with regrets, he made a wish: In my next life, may I find an opponent who will stay by my side. When he opened his eyes again, the gong had become a dissolute prince. Before him sat a beautiful woman he'd taken by force, dressed in red bridal robes and waiting on the edge of the bed. The next moment, the veil was lifted, and a poison-coated dagger emerged. The beauty was a cold-blooded assassin who had come to take his life. The prince's eyes lit up, and he caught the blade with his bare hands. That night, the prince and princess fought three hundred rounds in their bedroom. After the battle, the prince looked at the assassin lying on the floor and panted, "Man, you've successfully caught my attention." The shou was once the greatest assassin in the world, undefeated through years of roaming the land. After one failed mission, he became a prisoner. The dissolute prince wanted him to practice martial arts every day. He put up with it. The dissolute prince teased him as if he were his princess. He put up with it. But what if this dissolute prince truly cared about him, looked after him, asked if he was hungry or cold, and kept him in his heart... A wandering soul of the martial world, I never dared hope for a place to call home. **Gong: Outwardly ridiculous, inwardly gentle X Shou: A tragic past, a deadly assassin
