Ash is an undead awakened by the tolling of a bell.

He's strong.

Just how strong, you ask...

"I am an army all by myself."

No, wait, wrong scene.

"I'm not that strong. I've only slain dragons and gods, that's all."

Everyone: "We finally killed that unbelievably powerful monster!"

They turn around, and there sits the revived Ash by the bonfire, sighing softly. "It's a real bother that I can't stay dead."

"But enough of that. Let's get down to business."

"Friend, care to get beaten up (crossed out) link the fire?"

Volume One Bonus Scene:

Ash: (grave expression) There's no time. Let's finish this quickly.

Everyone: (horrified) What do you mean, there's no time? What's happening?

Ash: The show is about to start!

Then he took three seconds to smash the King of Curses.

The awakened Itadori watched Ash and Satoru Gojo hurrying off to buy snacks, then asked quietly, "Are all the strongest ones like this?"

Theme: Pass on the flame of hope.
