Xia Yitiao's Haunted Life

The Xia family's mother gave birth to sextuplets. Old Master Xia was so delighted to suddenly have six grandchildren that he claimed the right to name them with a wave of his hand. With so many babies, he chose their names on a whim: Xia Yi, Xia Shuang, Xia San, Xia Si, Xia Wu, and Xia Liu. Today's story is about the eldest, Xia Yi. Because he's easily startled, people have given him the elegant nickname Xia Yi Tiao, or Xia the Easily Spooked.

Pass by the scene of an accident? A ghost will possess you, guaranteed.

Fail to get home before dark? Your soul will wander and you'll run into a ghost, guaranteed.

Fall asleep wherever you please? You'll get sleep paralysis from a ghost, guaranteed.

In short, he has the weakest birth chart in history, bar none. Want to see a ghost for fun? Sure, the Xia family's eldest is open for visits.

A friendly reminder: each story in this series has its own satisfying ending, but the overall conclusion comes at the very end.

A little self-promotion:

A sweet childhood-friends romance, "Big Bro Xipi and Little Pork Ribs": the story of Lin Xiping and Luo Dongdong, who appear at the end.

A chaotic, no-romance game story, "Even in Dreams, You Have to Fight the Boss": five chuunibyou youths fight their way through challenges to save themselves.

The wildly imaginative, not-quite-in-the-right-mind "Reborn with Just Ninety-Nine-Eight": the story of a naive, gullible kid who slowly learns to deceive others after being reborn over and over again.
