I Only Wanted to Be a Little Baby, But...

Xu Xingchen traded all her worldly possessions for a chance to be reborn, planning to become a little baby cherished by her family. But she never expected that one moment of compassion would make her give that chance away to someone else, leaving her to become a glamorous temptress instead! Not only has her nationality changed, she is now the mother of three children. And besides her husband, whose sexy voice makes her weak in the knees and who is currently at odds with her on the brink of divorce, 'she' has a lover on the side! The plot has changed far too fast. Xu Xingchen weeps buckets: she just wants to be a little baby! Author's notes: 1. Well, I originally wanted to call this The Mysterious Housewife, The Life of a Chinese Person Working for the British in Japan, or Maybe Good Cooking Really Can Save Your Life, among other things. I'm terrible at titles, so I might change it if I come up with something better. 2. She only wants to be a little baby, but instead she becomes a married 'housewife' who has to take care of children, living through the messy, everyday grind. 3. The story is past the halfway point. Updates are unpredictable, and I take weekends off. Feel free to bookmark and comment. A little gift might even bring an update.
