Love Doesn't Take Substitutes

This is a story of love that grows over time.

No contrived twists, no tangled drama, just a calm, steady life.

He is a police officer at the local station; she is a civil servant at the town government.

They first meet at an awkward welcome dinner.

From strangers to familiar faces, from familiar faces to relying on each other.

The job came as a replacement, but love didn't.
