Plum Blossoms Nine Times

A poem to introduce the story: I watch the plum blossoms brave the frost and wind; they laugh at me, blooming year after year. With every bloom, another year of youth slips by. How many mornings must pass before I can hold your hand again? The official introduction: Back in the twenty-first century, those who respected me called me “Sister Jiu,” while those who didn’t called me “A-Jiu.” Damn, what bad luck. I guess I was on a losing streak. I was just doing what I always did, taking a cleaver and bringing my girls across the street to deal with that fat cow who was always picking a fight with me. Who could’ve guessed…? Fuck, as I was crossing the road, some bastard behind me shouted “Sister Jiu.” I got distracted and turned around to look, and then… Good deeds bring good fortune, evil deeds bring retribution. What goes around comes around, and justice will be done. If I, Sister Jiu, ever manage to survive this disaster and crawl out of that filthy sewer, the thief who stole the manhole cover had better watch his back! What kind of place is this? What dogforsaken dynasty? Actually, any dynasty is fine. At least I’m not dead. Just don’t let it be the Qing Dynasty. Damn, I hate men with long queues and shaved heads! What did you call me? Lord Jiu! Did I transmigrate into a man’s body? No, wait, there’s more… I’ve become a eunuch? No, that’s not it. Everything’s still there. Nothing’s changed! Then… what’s going on…? The story of a wickedly clever woman and a crowd of handsome tops and bottoms! Wahahaha… Xin Ai’s stories are always top quality: Click here to follow Xin Ai’s author page and see her other stories!
