Fang Qing sat atop the statues of Konoha's past Hokage, looking back at the Sixth Hokage, who leaned against the rock face with one hand in his pocket.
He smiled. "Kakashi, an S-rank rogue ninja is sitting right in front of you. You're the Hokage, and you aren't going to arrest me?"
Kakashi glanced over lazily, grabbed him by the collar, and silenced Fang Qing with a kiss.
Their lips brushed by his ear.
