The Runaway Concubine’s Beloved Wife

[Recommending my ongoing novel, The Tyrant's Daughter Ascends the Throne] Blurb: Mi (Fu) Wan transmigrates into the corpse of a concubine who died in childbirth with her baby in a badly written, unfinished novel. Mistaken for an evil spirit possessing a corpse, she's about to be burned alive. What should she do? Asking online, urgent!!! What else can she do? Run! She escapes by becoming the servant of a mighty and valiant general whose fame resounds throughout the empire. Let's see who dares try to burn her now! Huh...? You say you're the child's father? Mi Wan stares at him, bewildered. "General, you can't just put that hat on me." A few things to know: 1. This isn't a domestic-intrigue story. The heroine runs free and far. One-on-one romance, happy ending. 2. The original owner only agreed to become someone's concubine, purely as part of an arrangement. The child's father, the male lead, is someone else. 3. The male lead isn't a scumbag, and this isn't a story about a jerk and a doormat. There are misunderstandings, but they will be cleared up. 4. The heroine and the original owner are the same person at their core, connected across past and present lives. 5. The setting is very loosely based on history and cannot be verified. 6. Updates every day at noon. Any activity at other times is just correcting errors.
