Searching for Happiness (Princess Hours Fanfiction)

I've had enough.

I've had enough of everything staying the same.

I've had enough of all that so-called happiness.

Why

am I only allowed to be ordinary?

Why

do I have to be nothing more than part of the scenery?

To hell with innocence.

To hell with happiness.

To hell with bliss.

That's not me. It's never been the life I wanted.

It's so unfair.

Why do I have to put up with this?

Why do other people get things they're born with,

while I have to spend my whole life trying to obtain them?

God,

when will you finally remember me…
