The Dimensional Barrier Has Broken! [Western Crossover]

[Updates whenever inspiration strikes] Dorothy works at a newspaper, where she is in charge of the romance column. Her job is to make up melodramatic soap-opera plots and fill the column with them. With her rich imagination and a mind like a black hole, this is no difficult task for Dorothy. Until one day, she wakes up and discovers that the whole world has gone haywire! What are those giant flying metal cans in the sky and the Batmobiles racing along the ground? Dimension barrier, wake up! What's wrong with you? The day after the dimension barrier breaks, Dorothy discovers that the obscure newspaper where she works has transformed into the Daily Planet. The editor brings in a shy young man and tells her he is the intern she'll be supervising. Looking at the intern's conspicuous black-rimmed glasses and the surname "Kent" on his badge... Dorothy: Is this world even salvageable? The world: It gets worse :) One day, Spider-Man saves Dorothy from almost getting caught in the crossfire of a fight. Then he holds her and points down at New York City. "Look! This is the empire I conquered for you!" Dorothy: After the dimension barrier broke, I got a superpower: using melodramatic stories to torment superheroes Or2 Reader's Guide: 1. A goofy slice-of-life story. The main plot is tormenting superheroes. OOC warning for everyone. I make everything up as I go, so there is no timeline and no logic. 2. It's not very long, and updates are currently irregular. The next Western Crossover story I'll write: "The Lazy Cat Doesn't Want to Be Everyone's Favorite [Western Crossover]" (the blurb will be revised later) After Harper transmigrates, she discovers that this world is completely different from the superhero world she knows. Mutants and ordinary humans live together in harmony, and the American president has even awarded Professor X the National Service Award. On the newly released rankings, Professor X is the number one man American women most want to marry, the X-Men are the most popular organization among the American people, and the Brotherhood, founded by Magneto, is somehow in fourth place? Magneto himself has even outranked Bruce Wayne to make the top five men American women most want to marry. What on earth is going on in this world? The one who transmigrated into Professor X's body, James McAvoy, smiles without saying a word. * Later, Harper discovers that she might, possibly, maybe be a... mutant herself? Theme: Words have power.
