Prologue
“Axue, is there really no chance for us?” Zhixiang gripped the phone, his voice close to tears.
“Big Melon, why are you crying again? Didn’t I tell you a real man shouldn’t cry so easily?” Huixue’s voice was hoarse as she tried to comfort him.
“But I can’t be a real man in front of you. I’m always so weak. I told you, my tears are only for you.”
“Have you never heard that a real man doesn’t shed tears easily? Besides, I’m a woman. Do you really want to be a man without any dignity?”
“For you, I’d gladly give up my dignity. It’s all meaningless and unreal. Only you are real.” He wept.
And so the story began, soaked in tears. They entered the scene exhausted, their whole bodies drenched in tears.
It's written too lightly. The writing is good, but there are too many typos. There are several typos in this first chapter alone. The author should revise it carefully.
