A Guide to the World for the Awataguchi Uchigatana

Coming soon: The Broken Aniki Is Back Awataguchi Ichigo is an ordinary male college student, working hard at his studies, when he discovers that something about his world has subtly changed. When he goes to visit a shrine with his classmates, the tall priest with a green-robed doll's head treats him strangely. A silver-haired little boy he happens to meet, crouching on a wall, glares at him. At school, he's invited to help coach the juniors in the kendo club, only for two unfamiliar men passing by to join forces and "ask him for guidance." Just as Awataguchi Ichigo begins to wonder if he's lost his usual ability to get along with people, one person after another starts clinging to him and calling him big brother. Finally, while riding his bicycle down the road, Ichigo encounters the first case of someone faking an accident in his life. "Oh dear," the man says, slowly collapsing and then sitting on the ground without getting back up. "You've knocked over an old man. Young people need to take responsibility." Ichigo looks at the man's face, which is absolutely no older than twenty-something, and doesn't know what to say. Has Awataguchi Ichigo actually been cursed by the gods? Suppose Ichigo wasn't reforged after the Great Osaka Fire, and the tsukumogami returned to the world through a twist of fate, adopted as infants. Once they're discovered, the swords quietly gather around them. Pairing decided: the eldest son of the Awataguchi with the youngest of the Sanjo. Other pairings will appear.
