Legend says the Soup of Forgetfulness is made with eight kinds of tears:
A drop of tears shed at birth, two coins' worth of old age tears, three portions of bitter tears, four cups of regretful tears, five inches of tears longing for a beloved, six bowls of tears shed in sickness, seven feet of tears of parting. The eighth ingredient is the sorrowful tears of a Meng Po.
Remove the bitterness and keep the sweetness. Only after enduring such a brew for a lifetime can one make a fine pot of soup.
A wandering spirit lingers in the mortal world without memories, remembering only its own name:
Cunxin.
Legend says that across the three thousand worlds, it seeks only to obtain the ingredient for Meng Po's soup, in exchange for the chance to drink it and be reborn.
The author's worldview is questionable. I refuse to discuss it.
Damn it, I finally found an article with an interesting setting, but there was only one chapter.
I'm looking forward to it. I'll update it as soon as I have time. Come check it out every day!
Meng Po's eight tears represent eight hardships in life. Will Cun Xin change after experiencing these eight worlds?
