A fanfiction crossover between J.R.R. Tolkien's The Lord of the Rings series and Yang Jian. I can only write the important parts of the story.
The story is set in Middle-earth, from the end of the Third Age through the first year of the Fourth Age, during the War of the Ring and the crowning of the King. However, Frodo's journey will be glossed over for the most part. Yang Jian transmigrates when Chenxiang accidentally opens a gateway to a parallel world while splitting Mount Hua. Yang Jian is thrown through it and arrives after Gandalf and the Balrog fall into the abyss of Moria, when the others have escaped Moria and reached Rivendell to rest and recover. Then, for the sake of balance, I decided to toss Boromir into the world of Lotus Lantern before he dies, leaving everyone utterly bewildered. Hahaha! But the story of Boromir arriving in the world of Lotus Lantern won't appear here. (￣∇￣)
The Lord of the Rings plot is based on the original books. The characters' names follow Zhu's translation, since seeing Aragorn over and over makes me hungry... Meatballs are delicious!
I just want to see what kind of interesting results might come from bringing two completely unrelated worlds together.
