[One Piece] A Changed Fate

Many original settings, generally follows the source, but may differ from the plot. There are original characters, and the author has added plotlines that have nothing to do with the original. There may be OOC, so don't believe my awesome settings. These are all just ideas the author came up with.

The CP is undecided. Whoever comes to mind is who it is, with Luffy as the bottom.

A spoiler about my original setting: Luffy is one of the Celestial Dragons.
