I’m So Fierce

As the entertainment industry's number-one sharp-tongued celebrity, Qiao Siyan has always been mocked as destined to be a monk.

Everyone who has worked with him says, "Forget having a girlfriend. He's not even fit to have friends."

Then someone snapped a photo of him at a movie theater with a girl. They were acting intimately, and the girl was wearing the red lucky cord he never took off.

That night, #QiaoSiyan'sNonCelebrityGirlfriend# shot to the top of the trending list.

"Is it real? It's probably just publicity for his new drama."

"Agreed. Maybe she's some younger sister from his family."

"Here we go again. Did everyone forget what happened last time? [Eye roll]"

"Those gossip accounts are ridiculous! Can't they get views without dragging my idol into this? Instead of gossiping, why not pay attention to his new work?"

"Just waiting for them to eat their words."

"Hahahahaha, I'll bet ten spicy strips she's the neighbor's little sister."

A few hours later, the person in question responded.

@Qiao Siyan: My girlfriend @Mu Tong

Fans: ??????

You, of all people, actually have a girlfriend?!

*

After getting together with Qiao Siyan, Mu Tong was often asked, "How exactly did he pursue you?"

Mu Tong blinked and waved her hands as she clarified, "No, I was the one who pursued him."

???????

Qiao, you jerk! You actually let such an adorable screenwriter chase you? Don't you have a conscience?!

So the very next day, Qiao Siyan was ostracized.

A friend gloated, "That's what you get for stringing the screenwriter along. Your comeuppance, huh?"

Qiao Siyan didn't care at all. He raised an eyebrow, glanced sidelong at his friend, and drawled, "You call having a wife comeuppance?"

Friend: "..."

You bastard!

P.S.:

1. A sweet entertainment-industry romance: a sharp-tongued celebrity x a feisty, adorable screenwriter

2. I can't write blurbs, but the story is really sweet!

3. Pirated-copy readers, stay away. Don't comment on my story either. I'll have a heart attack!!!!!!!
