Zhou Jia, a struggling web novelist and notorious serial abandoner, finally faces retribution after dropping yet another story.
When she wakes up, she finds herself transmigrated into the heroine of the first novel she abandoned, and bound to a Plot-Filling System.
Zhou Jia stares speechlessly at herself under the covers.
Damn it! I just got here, so how am I already waking up after the deed?!
Half a month later, Zhou Jia stares blankly at the man across from her, dressed all in black.
Wait, something's off. Isn't this the plot of The Runaway Sweetheart of a Mafia Boss?
Why has this mafia boss come to her himself and asked her to keep him?
The (fallen-on-hard-times) mafia boss shrugs. Because I'm broke!
Later, the kept boss gradually starts getting restless.
One day, Zhou Jia wakes up after a drunken night and looks up to find a handsome face right in front of her.
The man is shirtless, propping his head up with one hand as he smiles at her.
