Softly, Softly

[I heard your voice, and it called my name into being]

Blurb 1:

What does it feel like to get noticed by your idol at a concert?

Lin Tong: It's probably like having a pie fall on you while you're walking, except that pie keeps sticking to you and clinging to you, insisting that you eat it.

Blurb 2:

Si Yeqi is hailed as an all-around musician of the new generation. He excels at all eighteen kinds of instruments, and is skilled in composing, writing lyrics, and music production.

He has a face that could rival any idol's, yet lives like an otherworldly sage.

His fans love his detachment, but hate how low-profile he is.

There are 365 days in a year, and apart from his concerts, it's practically impossible to see him in person.

Yet this summer, he has been showing up in the headlines of entertainment news again and again.

Because of a show, and a girl.

They say she is the girl Si Yeqi has had a secret crush on for nine years.

Blurb 3:

This summer, a show called China's Rock went viral across the country.

Meanwhile, its most popular mentor,

the genius musician Si Yeqi, was doggedly following a girl around.

“Tongtong, go compete.”

“No.”

“Tongtong, go compete.”

“No.”

“Tongtong, go compete.”

“...Fine, you win.”

Go on, bring rock music aboveground. Your underground brothers have your back.

All-around musical prodigy X prim and proper on the outside, wild at heart big sister

He pursues her

About rock, the underground scene, dreams, and unrequited love

A sweet little romance
