I Became the Heroine of a Traditionalist Novel

Lu Zhen transmigrated into a tearjerking, deeply moving story about a woman's dutiful devotion to her family. The heroine's life was steeped in misery. Yet she was chaste and kind, working like an ox and a horse for her husband, who looked down on her. During a famine, to save her husband's concubine's son, she selflessly offered her own daughter as a human sacrifice in exchange for food. At last, just before she died, she moved her husband and the concubine's son, and heard the boy call her “Mother.” Now, she has become the heroine. And the moment she arrives, she has to flee a disaster. One-sentence summary: She brings a house with her when she transmigrates to ancient times during a disaster Content warning: The main plot is survival in an ancient-world apocalypse, also known as A Survival Guide to the Famine Years. It is divided into several parts: earthquakes, droughts, locust plagues, epidemics, hailstorms, frost, floods, and warfare. The story takes place during the Little Ice Age, a period of consecutive disasters. The protagonist leads everyone through one disaster after another, then helps them build wealth, while also taking down villains and delivering face-slapping comeuppances. Slow burn! Slow burn! Slow burn! Formal statement regarding the recent mass negative ratings and bad reviews of my work, The Heroine of a Dutiful Devotion Novel, and the resulting rumors of plagiarism: 1. My novel, The Heroine of a Dutiful Devotion Novel, serialized on the original fiction website Jinjiang, was independently conceived and written by me. I have never copied or plagiarized any third-party work in the process. 2. I previously posted screenshots of chat logs in the author's notes for Chapter 53 of The Heroine of a Dutiful Devotion Novel to show that the main concept for the story had taken shape independently in 2018. Some readers claimed that the screenshots were fabricated using Photoshop. I have since had the aforementioned chat logs notarized. 3. The internet is not beyond the reach of the law. Comments in the story's review section accusing me of plagiarism, as well as insulting or cursing me and my family, have seriously infringed on my legal rights. I have retained a lawyer to collect evidence and will be filing a lawsuit. That is all. Theme: Promote women's strength, independence, self-respect, and self-love
